● To recognize a Rotarian, or Non-Rotarian in Boulder, whose life and work exemplify the Rotary Ideal of Service…Service Above Self.
● To recognize an individual who sparked a new project or initiative which promotes goodwill, understanding, and peace, or…
● To recognize an individual who has been a “Spark Plug” at his or her place of work, or in his/her contribution of time, talent, and/or treasure to the community.
● Your nomination should include a brief background of the individual and your reason for nominating him/her (please attach additional page(s) up to 3).
● List specifics of the contribution the individual has made to the community.
A $2,000 Cash Award will be presented to the winner’s choice of Non Profit Organization (must be a 501(c)3). In addition, the winner, if one is selected, will be recognized in person at our Annual Charter Banquet.
